Ingredients: veal and beef stomach, diced tomatoes, white wine, onion, carrot, pomace brandy, salt, pepper, laurel.

Preparation: open the can but leave the stew inside. Place the can in simmering water and heat it (bain-marie style) until the stew is very hot.
