Foie gras is a delicacy that is usually eaten on its own, but did you know that it could be used to make a sauce that is a wonderful companion to duck fillets, roast beef, or pasta.
Ingredients: chicken stock, duck foie gras (17%), cream, white wine, modified corn starch, salt, sugar.
Preparation: open the can but leave the sauce inside. Place the can in simmering water and heat it for 10 minutes (bain-marie style). Your sauce is now ready to be served!
